Warburton Woodworks has proudly donated yellow cedar (cypress) planks to the Community of Sooke to go to the B.C, Pavilion for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C.

Every Halloween the Otter Point Volunteer fire fighters take cedar slabs from the burn pile for the Boy Scout Camp for Halloween bonfire.

Mike’s brother, John Warburton, certified Westcoast Faller, employed by South Coast Standing Stem A Company, is being featured in a reality T.V. series called “Helli-Loggers” – Watch for him on T.L.C!
